"Creative boulevard"

The art project "Creative boulevard" is one of the largest cultural events in the city of Cheboksary.
The city main streets are transformed into a huge stage: some 50 various creative sites are open along Lenin Avenue and Karl Marx Street. Those sites include arts, sports, dance, vocal, tasting places alongside with children themed sites, trampolines, the camp of historical reconstruction clubs, the theater of village rites.
Young poets and bards, dancers and circus performers, masters of folk art and caricaturists, clowns and jugglers take floor.
Show of soap bubbles, quizzes and contests take place.
The main themes of the festival are: film and photo, music, literature, circus and sports, dance, fashion and design, crafts, children activities.
The holiday mood is complemented by living statues, old cars, flowerbeds and other "peculiar things" that are located along the whole boulevard.
The project invites everybody who wants to open themselves, share their creativity or learn something special. Everyone may become the part of the art project.
